On structure board, when “Change current view“ popup is dismissed, focus does not move to the triggering element which opens the dialog.

Version: 8.22.0
Steps to reproduce
- Navigate to the Structure menu button in the header section and activate it.
- Activate any structure from the menu.
- Navigate to and activate the “Change current view“ menu button from the toolbar.
- With screen reader running in background, activate Esc key to dismiss the pop up and observe the focus.

Screen recording
Actual behaviour
When the modal gets dismissed the focus does not move to the triggering element which opens the dialog, instead it moves to “Search / filter the displayed structure” button. This disorients the screen reader users and they may have to remember their last position on the screen.
Expected result
When the modal gets dismissed, the focus should move appropriately to the triggering element which opened the dialog, in this case, the “Change current view“ menu button.
