Edit Group Members does not display Nested Groups

      Summary

      When nesting is applied, Jira displays the groups that are "parents" even though the user is not a direct member of this group in the user management

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure an instance with nested groups in AD.
      2. In the user management, you will be able to see all the groups including nested groups.
      3. Edit the group for a user. You will be able to see fewer groups. 

      Expected Results

      It displays all the groups.

      Actual Results

      Only groups where users belong and not the nested groups.
