Steps to Reproduce
- Setup Jira 8.x
- Upgrade to version 9.1.0 or higher
Expected Results
Full re-index is triggered once after upgrade task UpgradeTask_Build900000 has finished.
Actual Results
Full re-index is triggered twice: once before upgrade task as part of every node index startup flow and once after upgrade task is completed.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
