      Issue Summary

When users click on "Add comment" after having canceled another comment creation or edited another comment, if the comment editor is on "Text" mode, the undo and redo buttons will be duplicated. This behavior can also be replicated when adding multiple comments to the same issue while on "Text" mode.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a Jira issue
      2. Click on "Add comment"
      3. Change the editor mode from "Visual" to "Text"
      4. Click on "Cancel"
      5. Click on "Add comment" again

      Expected Results

Jira will display its text editor with no duplicate buttons

      Actual Results

Duplicate undo and redo buttons will appear in the text editor:

If this process is repeated, new duplicate buttons will be displayed for each time "Cancel" and "Add comment" were clicked on:

      Workaround

Refreshing the page removes the duplicate buttons.
