Exception thrown during full reindex on node startup result in non-dismissible Johnson page

Issue Summary

When the exception is thrown from full reindex during node startup, Jira will end in the state with a non-dismissible Johnson page and display a stack trace of this exception.

Actual Results

A non-dismissible Johnson page is displayed with stack trace only.

Expected Results

Dismissible Johnson page with the more readable error message.

Steps to Reproduce

• Ensure that full reindex throw any exception
• Turn off properties for rebuilding index and picking index from shared
• start new node

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
