Entering incorrect license key multiple times results in duplicate error messages

Problem Definition

When setting up Jira for the first time, entering an incorrect license key more than once will result in more than one error appearing on screen.

1. Install Jira and launch Jira in a browser
2. When prompted to enter your license key, enter an incorrect value (such as the server ID) instead
3. Select Next and observe that an error appears

   We're unable to confirm that Jira license
   This license is invalid. Please double-check that you have entered it correctly, and contact Support if the issue continues.

4. Select Next again

Expected: The same error message remains displayed.

Actual: An additional occurrence of the same error message is displayed.

Suggested Solution

Rather than duplicating the same error message, provide some other kind of feedback to the admin to indicate that they are seeing a new occurrence of the same error message.

Why this is important

This presentation is slightly messy. At worst, it may lead an admin to mistakenly believe there is something wrong with their implementation, browser, installation environment, etc.
