Issue Summary

Missing unique labels of navigational landmarks across the web page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the Jira, keep the screen reader on and navigate to the header region i.e the navigation section.
2.  Navigate and activate any Projects that are available.
3. Navigate and activate the "Issues" from the side navigation.
4. Turn on the screen reader and try to search for landmark regions.

Actual Results

When the users navigate with the help of the screen reader, the landmark area such as the Side navigation region does not have any unique label name. Thus the screen reader users might find it difficult to understand the landmark region and its content.

Note: This was observed on the "Scrum Board Issue Page".

Expected Results

While navigating through the web page the landmarks should have a unique label for more than two landmarks. Here the Side navigation landmark should have a unique label, so that the assistive technology users will be able to distinguish between different navigation landmarks present in a single page.

For example- A navigation landmark with the label "Sidebar Navigation" will be announced by a screen reader as "Sidebar Navigation Navigation". The label should simply be "Sidebar". Provide the label in an aria-label or in aria-labelledby.

Workaround
