One of our user reported to us that he could not access an issue since he added an attachment to it. I checked and indeed there is no way to access the issue (nothing particular in the server's log).

The name of the file is '13062_% dans le nom.png' without the quotes.

I stopped Tomcat, removed the file and restarted it and we are now able to see the issue.
