Preset Filter - "Resolved Recently"

I am trying to extract the issues "closed" in the last week or so. The only filter I can use is the preset filter "Recently Resolved" which actually pulls out all issues "recently updated".

My problem is that I have been working on refining my workflow for this project so each time I made a modification I noticed an update to the issue that reads like;

Field Original Value New Value
issue.field.workflow ASM [ 13566 ] jira [ 14337 ]

This messes up my filter by including in my results issues that were closed in the past week due to this workflow updated but were not necessarily closed or updated in the last week other than the workflow comment that was added.

Is there a solution or a workaround to my problem?
