We have a requirement to display the release notes in order of how they appear in our Advanced Roadmaps hierarchy.  We have issue types that live above Epic.  So it is important to order the release notes from the top down.

Currently, at least for us, Epics appear below standard issue types such as Story or Defect.

We can edit the html in the edit box at the bottom of the screen, but that doesn't persist, or even have the ability to apply and thus "check" the changes, which makes it pretty useless.

Any change that would allow us to reorder the issue types and have the change persist would be greatly appreciated.
