Issue Summary

The tool tip that will display the full name of the workflow transition button is missing with 9.0.0.

• This works with other versions
• This does not allow to give a name with more characters.
• Does not show the description too.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jira 9.0.0
2. Create workflow with transition names greater than 30 characters and description with 50 characters.
3. Publish the workflow
4. Create a issue and watch that name is shortened
5. Mouse hover on button does not show the full name and description

Expected Results

Mouse hover over the button should show full name and description as is older versions

Actual Results

The transition name is short and mouse hover does not work

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
