Ensures elements with an ARIA role that require parent roles are contained by them

Element: More Actions menu Buttons and its options (View issue, selected for development and etc.....)
Location: Fifth column of the "Assigned To me " table.

Note: This issue is applicable to 'Export, Tools and etc dropdown elements throughout the site.
