Issue Summary

The element is not accessible by keyboard alone and there is no conforming accessible version of the same functionality reachable from the non-conforming page.

Element name: Show done epics check box.

Location: Present in the "Epic links" field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Jira dashboard page.
2. Navigate to the "Create" menu button in the header section & activate it.
3. In the Issue, type select Epic and fill in the details.
4. Navigate to the Epic link input field and activate it. (In case the Epic link input field is not available, select the "Configure fields" which is available in the top right corner of the modal and select the "Epic Link " option.

Actual Results

In the "Create issue" modal when the Epic link input field is activated, a checkbox is available in the dropdown section for "Show done epics" which is not available for keyboard alone and screen reader users. Whereas the checkbox interactive element is available with a mouse click.

This makes it keyboard-only and Screen reader users difficult to check and uncheck the done epics links available.

Expected Results

Following are the expected keyboard interactions.

• The Interactive element "Checkbox" should be able to receive keyboard focus and the screen reader should announce when the date is selected.
• The checkbox should get Check and Uncheck the option with the Space key.
• The focus should go back to the input field of the Epic link.
• The screen reader should announce when the Checkbox is checked and unchecked.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
