Managing Releases : Device-dependent event handlers are used.

Issue Summary

The element uses device-dependent event handlers and is therefore not accessible by keyboard alone.

Element Name: Progressbar of the versions

Location of the element: Present in the "Progress" column

Additional details: When the mouse pointer is placed on the progressbar, additional information will be displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the Jira dashboard, Navigate to the "Project " menu link in the header section.
2.  Select a "Scrum S/D" or any other project.
3. Navigate to the "Releases" link available in the left panel of the main content area.
4. In the "Releases" dashboard Navigate to the "Progress" section for different "Versions" in the main content area.

Actual Results

In the "Releases" dashboard, when navigated to the progress bar in the main content area, on mouse hover a tooltip is available which contains some links for the Number of issues and All issues. These links receive focus after the whole page is navigated and post that they receive focus. Also, the progress bar does not receive keyboard and screen reader focus. This functionality and information are only available to the user on mouse hover.

This makes it keyboard-only and Screen reader users difficult to navigate to the link available after hovering on the progress bar.

Expected Results

Following are the expected keyboard interactions.

• The Interactive element "Progress-bar" should be able to receive keyboard focus and screen reader focus.
• The elements should get activated with the enter key and the tooltip should be available.
• The focus should remain on the progress bar when the user closes the tooltip

Workaround
