Users Cannot Watch "Jira Core Overview" videos because they have been marked as Private

Issue Summary

The video in all versions of the 'Jira Core Overview' site are marked as private which prevents users from viewing them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Jira Core Overview Page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver/jira-core-overview-938846149.html
2. Try to watch the Video

Expected Results

The video is playable

Actual Results

The video cannot be played because it is set to Private

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
