In Jira Insight users can select an object attribute value from a predefined list.

So far so good but it would be great if the admin could make the select field "extendable"; meaning if the desired value is not yet in the predefined list, the user could right away add a new value and select it and it will from then on appear as a predefined value for all users to choose in that select field.
