The development panel of a Jira issue can currently show links to PRs, branches, and commits containing a reference to the issue key.

This suggestion is to automatically place links in the development panel to all occurrences of the issue key appearing in files in a Bitbucket repository.

Linking could be limited to the repositories' default branch for simplicity, and a way to explicitly define which repos are examined by the linking would be nice.
