Dashboard menu can't be scrolled using the page scrollbar

Issue Summary

If there are a large number of dashboards created in the Dashboard dropdown menu, user is not able to scroll to the bottom of all the menus as the page scrollbar is missing. Hence, user cannot access the 'Manage dashboard' menu at the bottom of the list.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create about 30 dashboards using manage dashboard commands
2. Click on the dashboard dropdown menu and you will find that you cant scroll to the bottom of the dashboard menu by using the browser scrollbar

Similar behavior can be replicated on Edge, Firefox and Chrome

Expected Results

The dashboard menu should be accessible via the normal page scrollbar

Actual Results

The dropdown just stuck at a certain number of display and does not allow user to select menu at bottom or access the 'Manage dashboard' menu and it seems a little detach from the main Dashboard menu

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
