Issue Summary

On ⚙️ > Issues > Screens, if a screen is tied to a transition from the "All" status, the link displayed in the Workflows column will return an "Oops" page instead of the associated relevant configuration page.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to ⚙️ > Workflows
2. View an existing Workflow
3. Click 'Edit'
4. Modify an existing transition (e.g. To Do) or create a new one from an 'All' status
5. Under 'Transition View', choose any screen, then Update
6. Publish the Workflow
7. Navigate to ⚙️ > Screens
8. Under the Workflows column, click the hyperlink to the Screen associated with the Workflow that was just set
9. An "Oops" page will display

Expected Results

• The hyperlink navigates the user to the related Workflow transition

Actual Results

• An "Oops" page is displayed

Workaround

1. Navigate to ⚙️ > Workflows
2. Click the hyperlink under the 'Transitions' column for the relevant Workflow transition configuration
