Need a property to disable Jira XML backup

      Currently we have the property "jira.autoexport=false" that disable XML backup during upgrade.But it does not stop Jira from generating XML backups during working situation.

      Workaround

      The actual backup service seems to be com.atlassian.jira.service.services.export.ExportService

      1- Go to the Administration page > System > Advanced > Services tab
      2- Find the "Backup Service" and click the "Delete" link.

      3- Use the native file system and database backup tools
