Description
Issue Summary
In the header section for different menus, the focus moves out of the dropdown menu options and moves to the header section.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the URL
- In the header section navigated into the menus and Activate any menu, this will open an options menu.
- With the screen reader on Keep navigating into the options menu until the focus move to the other menu.
Screen Recording
Actual Results
In the header section when the user navigates into the Menu options such as "Issues" and then activates the menu, the focus enters the list of options. But when the user navigates at the end of the list are tries to navigate forwards with the screen reader on, the focus moves to the next menu in the header section. This will create confusion for the screen reader and would not be able to use the navigation menu effectively.
Expected Results
When the user navigates with the screen reader into the Menu option and when the focus is at the end of the list option the focus should not move further and should announce as the end of the list. This will indicate that the menu list ends here. Another alternative could be the focus should move back to the start of the list. This will help the screen reader to understand the content available in the menus list.

Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
