      Issue Summary

Suggestions when searching for "Epics" to link to an "Issue" are inconsistent and often don't show all available "Epics". The missing "Epics" will show up as suggestions when the entire title is included in the search.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create two EPICs with name as EPIC1 and EPIC2.
      2. Try to create an issue and link any of the above two EPIC to it.
      3. For EPIC drop down there are 3 scenario:
      4. When I open the drop down, it shows all the available EPICs
      5. When I type initial text of the name of any EPIC, the drop down doesn't show any value
      6. When I complete the EPIC name or put complete name at once, it shows single value from the drop down.

      Expected Results

When typing a part of name, drop down should be populated with name contain the typed text.

      Actual Results

The EPIC drop down is populated empty.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
