Issue Summary

When attempting to extract Jira 8.20.8 zip file with the default Windows Explorer extraction method, it fails indicating that the file is invalid:

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a Windows machine, download Jira 8.20.8 zip file via https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/update
2. Once downloaded, attempt to open the zip file
   • Double-click the zip
   • Or right-click and select "Extract All". Choose to extract it.

Expected Results

The zip file should extract the contents.

Actual Results

An error is thrown, indicating that it is an invalid file:

Workaround

The problem seems to be specific to the default Windows extractor. You can use Windows default Powershell installation to expand the archive:

Expand-Archive .\atlassian-jira-software-8.20.8.zip

or you can download and use another application to extract it, like 7zip.
