Users have the nasty habit of leaving newlines at the end of their comments.
Either because they think that "ENTER" will submit their comment, and after that doesn't work use the mouse or the real shortcut, or because of copy/pasta nightmares.
Empty lines at the beginning or end of messages should be automatically removed.
