Issue Description
On "Backlog" page the separator such as bullet is present between two dates in "Sprint" section which is announce by screen reader.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to "Backlog" link present in left navigation menu.
- Navigate in "Sprint" section in read mode. Observe screen reader announcement

Actual Behaviour
"Bullet" is announce as separator by screen reader which is present between two dates. As a result it will be confusing experience for screen reader users.
Expected Behaviour
Give the "bullet" an aria-label="to" to convey to screen reader users that it is a period from the start date to the end date of the sprint.
