[Documentation] Review incorrect importing from CSV as non-admin

Problem Definition

Documentation for "Creating issues using the CSV importer" is misleading because it includes steps for importing attachments but that is not allowed due to the limitation of non-admin user permissions.

Importing attachments
You can attach files to issues created from your CSV file. To do this, specify the URL of your attachment in an 'Attachments' column within your CSV file.

  URLs for attachments support the HTTP and HTTPS protocols and can be any location that your Jira instance must be able to access.

Also, there are two fields mentioned on the page that are not possible to map as well: "Comment Body" and "Time Spent":

Below are some helpful tips when importing data from your CSV file into specific issue fields:
