Currently, the UPM doesn't log any new plugin installations to the application logs.

It's only possible to monitor for recent installations or upgrades through the UPM audit log, or the endpoint rest/plugins/1.0/log/feed, however, this creates additional overheads to add monitoring from systems such as Splunk.

The UPM should add specific entries to the logs so administrators can monitor them and investigate any plugins recently installed.
