Search Issue Basic : Expand/collapse state of the element is missing or incorrect

Issue Summary

The expand/collapse state of a toggle button "Project", "Type", "Status", "Assignee" and "more" is missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open URL
2. Navigate to issues dropdown and select "Search for issues"
3. Navigate to "Project", "Type", "Status", "Assignee" and "more" activate it and observe screen reader does not announce the state of button.

Actual Results

When user activates "Project", "Type", "Status", "Assignee" and "more" screen reader does not announces the state of expand/collapsed to screen reader users causing conduction amount them they won't know whether they are accessing the content inside the expanded button or the main content.

Expected Results

When user activates "Project", "Type", "Status", "Assignee" and "more" make sure screen reader us er is announces expanded/collapsed state. using aria-expanded="true" on appropriate element.
