Issue Description
On "Active sprints" page the list mark up is missing for issues present in particular swimlane. In addition the total number of issue count for particular swimlane is also not present.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to "Projects" link present in header region and activate it.
- Navigate to any "Scrum Software Development" Project present in list of links which appears on activating "Project" link
- Navigate to "Active sprints" link present in left navigation menu and activate it.
- Inspect the issues present in particular swimlane such as "TO DO", "IN PROGRESS" and "DONE". Observe that list markup is missing for this issues.

Actual Behaviour
The issues present in particular swimlane such as "TO DO", "IN PROGRESS" and "DONE" are not marked as list items which visually looks like a list. As a result, screen reader users will find it difficult to navigate to the lists and different list items quickly.
Expected Behaviour
The issues should be marked as list items which are present just below particular swimlanes such as "TO DO", "IN PROGRESS" and "DONE". In addition there should be count of issues just beside heading text such as "TO DO", "IN PROGRESS" and "DONE". For eg : If there are 6 issues in "TO DO" swimlane then this count should be mention just beside "TO DO" heading text such as "TO DO (6)" etc.
