Issue Description

On "Active sprints" page there is drag and drop functionality for moving tickets between swimlane using a mouse, however the same action can't be performed using a keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to "Projects" link present in header region and activate it.
2. Navigate to any "Scrum Software Development" Project present in list of links which appears on activating "Project" link
3. Navigate to "Active sprints" link present in left navigation menu and activate it.

Actual Behaviour

The drag and drop functionality for quickly moving tickets between swimlane is not executable via keyboard keys. As a result this functionality is inaccessible for keyboard only users and screen reader users.

Expected Behaviour

Keyboard only users should be able to move tickets between swimlane using keyboard Space bar key.

For example : Keyboard only users should be able to lift a "Issue card" from one swimlane ("TO DO", "IN PROGRESS", "DONE") with Space bar key and move it to another swimlane with Space bar key.

All functionality must be operable using only a keyboard. This is so that blind people or people with vision impairments, as well as people that use alternate keyboards or keyboard input devices as keyboard emulators, can use this functionality without barrier.
