Issue description

Keyboard support is missing for the "Link to filter" input field which becomes available when user activates "Share" link on "Search issue" page. Additionally there is missing explicit association between label and input field.

STR

1. Navigate to "Issues" link from left navigation menu and activate it.
2. Navigate to "View all issues and filters" link present in main content area and activate it.
3. Navigate to "Share" link present in main content area and activate it.
4. Try to navigate to "Link to filter" input field with Tab key and observe it is missing Keyboard support.

Actual Behaviour

The "Link to filter" input field which becomes available when user activates "Share" link is inaccessible when user tries to access it with Tab key. As a result keyboard only and screen-reader users will not be able to access that functionality.

Expected Behaviour

The "Link to filter" input field should be accessible with Keyboard. The label "Link to filter" should be explicity associated to its input field. Use the "for" attribute of the label element and the "id" attribute of input field to explicitly associate form controls.
