Issue description

The instructions regarding the date format is not provided for the Due date input field.

Similar issue is found on "Edit sprint" & "releases" page.

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to the "Create" button & activate it.
• Navigate to the "Due date" input field.
• Try to type the date into the input field.
• Observe that because of no date format it’s difficult to enter the date correctly.

Actual Results

Currently there is no date format instructions present for the "Due date" input field, it becomes difficult for keyboard, screen reader & cognitive impaired users to understand the format in which the date needs to be entered.

Expected Results

The instructions about the format of the date must be provided along with the label of the input. This will help users to understand the format of the date which needs to be followed while entering the date inside input field & hence make the interaction easy.

For Example :

Due date (d/MMM/yy)

Start date (dd/MMM/yy h:mm am/pm)
