Dashboard with Gadget : colour links are not accessible for screen reader users.

Issue Summary

On the dashboard page, the links such as "Color 1", "Color 2", etc have non-descriptive context. Also the currently selected color is not conveyed to the screen reader users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Jira Dashboard page.
2. Navigate to the "Dashboards" button in header section & activate it.
3. Activate "Manage dashboard" link from the menu.
4. Navigate to "Create new dashboard" link & activate it.
5. Provide the name for the new dashboard inside "Create new dashboard" form & click "add" button.
6. Navigate to "Add a new gadget" link inside main content.
7. Add any gadget from the "Add a gadget" modal dialog.
8. Navigate to the more options (...) & activate it.
9. Navigate to the color links inside the menu.

Actual Results

While navigating with screen reader, when user navigate to the colour links, the screen reader announces as "colour 1 link", "colour 2 link", etc. The link context is not descriptive for screen reader users. Also the screen reader users are not aware about the currently selected colour name.

This makes screen reader users difficult to access the functionality effectively.

Expected Results

The colour links should be accessible for keyboard & screen reader users. The links should have more clear & descriptive context.

For example: The name of the colour such as "Light blue" ," green", etc can be provided as aria-label.

Also the selected colour link should have aria-selected="true" attribute to convey the state to the screen reader users.

Note: Please confirm the link context from the content design team.
