      Issue Summary

On system dashboard page, the "aria-pressed" attribute is provided unnecessarily to the "more actions (...)" button present inside gadget containers.

Similar issue is observed on the "create dashboard" page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the system dashboard page.
      2. Navigate to the more options (...) button inside gadget container.
      3. Inspect the code & observe that aria-pressed attribute is provided unnecessarily.

      Actual Results

The aria-pressed  attribute is provided unnecessarily to the "more actions (...)" button present inside gadget containers. The screen reader announces as Expand toggle button incorrectly.

This makes screen reader users difficult to understand the purpose of the button effectively.

      Expected Results

The aria-pressed attribute should be removed from the button element.
