Issue Summary

On the backlog page, the issue count menu popup is not accessible for screen reader users. The required ARIA attributes are not provided in the code.

Element:
1. All issues
2. 500 issues
3. 100 issues

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Jira dashboard page.
2. Navigate to the "Projects" menu in the header section & select any project from the menu.
3. Navigate to the "Backlog" page from the left navigation.
4. Navigate to the "More options (...)" link in the main content present besides the "Create sprint" button.
5. Activate the more options link & navigate inside the menu popup.

Actual Results

While navigating with the screen reader, when the user navigates to the links such as "100 Issues", "500 Issues" & "All issues", the screen reader announces them as "All issues, radio", "100 issues, radio" etc.

Since the <ul> element inside popup is missing role of "menu" & the link elements are missing role of "menuitemradio". 

Expected Results

Apply the following fixes.

• Provide role="menu" to the <ul> element.
• Provide role="menuitemradio" to the anchor elements present inside the menu popup.
• Provide role="none" or role="presentation" to the <li> elements.
