Issue Summary
On user profile page, the aria-pressed="true" attribute is used unnecessarily on the settings link in Activity stream section.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Jira System dashboard page.
- Navigate to User profile button in header section & activate it.
- Activate the "Profile" link from the menu.
- Navigate to the "settings" link inside activity stream section.
- Inspect the code & observe that aria-pressed attribute is used unnecessarily.
Actual Results
On "settings" link the aria-pressed="true" attribute is provided unnecessarily. It is not a toggle link/button, it expands & collapses.
This makes screen reader users difficult to understand the behaviour of the link.
Expected Results
Remove the unnecessary aria-pressed="true" attribute from the settings link.

Workaround
