Create new Dashboard : Interactive elements inaccessible by keyboard and no conforming alternate

Issue Summary

The interactive elements are not accessible by keyboard alone to Add and delete the viewers and editors.

Element: Delete share icon

Element: "+ Add"

Location : Present in the main content area.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Jira dashboard page.
2. Navigate to the "Dashboard" menu button in the header section & activate it.
3. Activate the “Manage Dashboard” link.
4. In the "Manage Dashboard" page navigate to the "Create new dashboard" link and activate it.

Actual Results

In the Create New Dashboard section:

1. The "Delete Share" icon, which is available after adding a viewer from "Add Viewers".
2. The "+Add" element in the Add viewers input form.
3. The "+Add" element in the Add Editors input form.

in the main content area, these elements do not receive keyboard focus and screen reader focus. The elements are given in a span element.

These elements are available on mouse click and mouse hover actions. By clicking on the Delete and Add icons user is able to add or delete the Viewers or Editors.

This makes it keyboard-only and the screen reader users difficult to access the add and delete functionality link present in the dashboard.

Expected Results

Following are the expected keyboard interactions.

• The Interactive element "Delete share" icon and "Add" element should be able to receive keyboard focus and screen reader.
• The elements should get activated with the enter key.
• The focus should go to the next element after Delete or Add action.
