Problem Definition

Currently, it is not possible to see the user login history as part of the JIRA application GUI as well as the database.
All we can track is the last login time and currently active sessions. There is a need for a feature to track the history of user login activities based on the date range.

Suggested Solution
Have the ability to see users logged-in history.

Why this is important
Enhance the admin experience. Having the ability to check the history of the user's logins, it will be easier to audit their user's activities.
