Problem Definition

Currently, intermediate Scheme Operations are logged without any reference to the actual scheme operation. These intermediate scheme operation logs confuse the Jira Administrator

Steps to Reproduce

1. Associate the workflow scheme (TEST2: Software Simplified Workflow Scheme) with another project (test3). Hence workflow scheme is shared by two projects.
   
2. Add an existing workflow from the test3 project
   
3. Assign a Sub-Task issue type to the new workflow
   
4. Publish the change
   
5. Audit logging contains create, add, delete operations for Intermediate Scheme but there's no reference to the actual scheme operation

Actual scheme operation should be also logged in the details of Intermediate Scheme Operations
