Project summary: Keyboard only users can not switch view between 'Activity' & 'statistics'

Issue Summary

On project summary page, the keyboard only users can not switch view between 'Activity' & 'statistics' in the main content.

Note: Currently user can switch the view via mouse click alone.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Jira homepage.
2. Navigate to any project inside Jira with "Project Management" Template. For Example : PM
3. Navigate to the "Switch view" dropdown element & try to switch between 'Activity' & 'statistics' with Keyboard.

Actual Results

While navigating with Keyboard, when user navigate inside "Switch view" dropdown & activate 'Summary' or 'Activity' radio button with enter/space keys the view is not switched. Although programatically radio button is selected correctly but the view is not updated accordingly.

This makes Keyboard only users difficult to switch the view between "Activity" & "Summary".

Expected Results

The user should be able to switch view between "Activity" & "Summary" via Keyboard alone.

Also for screen reader users provide an hidden instructions in ARIA live region to convey the switch view update.

For Example: "Switched view to Activity", "Switched view to Summary".

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
