Logging for tmp files

There are situations where a suspicious tmp file is picked up during a security scan. These are labeled as something like multPartReqxxxx.tmp, which makes it difficult to determine where the file originated form. The addition of logging for these uploads would be helpful in tracking who uploaded the file and to where.
