Problem Definition

With Jira Data Center, rate limiting can be enabled to control how many requests users can make to the Jira instance and users can be added to the Exemptions list to adjust this limit. Currently the only option is to add each user one by one to the Exceptions list.

Suggested Solution

The ability to add Groups to the Exception list which allows adjusting the limit for all users within a certain group in bulk.
