In JIRA 3.1.1, for a Date Picker custom field, Edit and Entry of the field used the "Date Picker Format" from the Look and Feel section of Administration, but used the "Day/Month/Year Format" whenever it was displayed (e.g. in View Issue or in Filter results).

In JIRA 3.2.2, the Date Picker custom field always uses the "Date Picker Format" for Edit, Entry, and Display. Thus, the Due Date field and an Estimated Completion Date custom field are not displayed in the same date format.

I would like JIRA to revert to the 3.1.1 behavior.
