Description
Issue Summary
When JQL " who can edit permission" has both Jira administrator group and User ( owner of JQL filter) then, User is not able to edit JQL filter and Jira administrator precedence over user permissions.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a JQL filter with normal user and have view as Jira software user
- Login with admin and add Jira administrator as JQL edit permissions and also add JQL owner also to Edit permission.
- Now, Login as normal user( JQL owner) and try to edit the JQL, it throws an error saying cannot edit.
- Login as admin and remove the Jira administrator group from JQL edit permission.
- Login back as user and try to edit JQL, it works fine.
Expected Results
Whoever is present in JQL edit permission, all should have the ability to edit it.
Actual Results
Jira administrator precedence over user permissions.
Workaround
Remove the Jira administrator group from JQL edit permission
