Issue Summary
When navigating autocomplete results in issue search using the keyboard (or mouse scroll wheel), the selected field seems to reset or move unpredictably for the first keypress.
This only seems to occur in Windows with Chrome or Edge.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a few issue types. For example 새로운, 새로운2, 새로운3
- Enter into the advanced issue search
- type issuetype =
- Switch to a Korean keyboard (note you can't copy paste to reproduce this). Enter the keystrokes 'tofhdns' to produce 새로운.
- Press the down arrow key and notice the focus resets.

Expected Results
The focus should scroll down as normal.
Actual Results
The focus on the autocomplete dropdown appears to go down and resets.
Workaround
1) Selecting items with the mouse seems to work normally. Pressing the arrow key multiple times eventually appears to navigate the dropdown normally.
