Jira Server currently has a few pages where we mention how set Java arguments for Jira.

To avoid cases where Jira fails to start due to a bad parameter, we should encourage our customers to add the following parameter to bypass any bad arguments being passed to Java.

-XX:+IgnoreUnrecognizedVMOptions
