Description
Dear Atlassian,
- Currently when we get zero critical tickets in a month, that shows on the monthly report as 0% SLA attainment for critical tickets
- Can we have a configurable option please such as a radio button to allow us to decide if such a condition gets report as 0% or 100% SLA attainment?
Any help is appreciated.
