Provide an option for Jira reporting of ticket priorities with no tickets for the month to show 100% instead of 0% SLA attainment

      Dear Atlassian,

      • Currently when we get zero critical tickets in a month, that shows on the monthly report as 0% SLA attainment for critical tickets
      • Can we have a configurable option please such as a radio button to allow us to decide if such a condition gets report as 0% or 100% SLA attainment?
