When transitioning a ticket via REST API, the mandatory fields on the screen are not considered.
- Have a screen with 'Resolution' field Mandatory while transiting the issue to Done or Closed
- Try to do this transition using REST API
The transition should fail or throw an error stating the Mandatory field
The transition gets done successfully and the Resolution field will remain Unresolved.
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
