I am a new user, and I was dumbfounded that there was no "help" feature on my JIRA home page. A colleague asked me to look for the little yellow cartoon balloon with the question mark next to the printer icon...and I had none. My colleague is using IE and I am using Firefox 1.0.5. (See screen shot attached.)

The problem occurs in our corporate JIRA system as well on when using pulbic system at Atlassian. The screen shot is of the Atlassian system.

Please tell me there is a fix for this! IE is ancient technology and I'd hate to be forced to use it just to get Help Icons.

Also, as a new user, I don't know what else I might be missing when I use Firefox.
