Create a REST endpoint that returns the results the index summary for all nodes in the cluster

      To facilitate the gathering of information around the Jira indexes (especially in cases where it is not easy/possible to access each node directly), it would be helpful to have a version of 'GET /rest/api/2/index/summary' that brings information from all nodes at once.

      Workaround
